Performics is a global organization within the Digital Advertising Industry; a constantly-changing industry that requires leadership to be nimble and to constantly evolve business planning and corporate structure. Communicating huge corporate updates to all staff in a dispersed workforce of 57 countries across 74 offices is extremely difficult, but the task was given to our small marketing team of 3 on a shoestring budget.
This session will cover three concrete examples of various corporate updates & changes that had to be shared with the Performics network, and how their team tackled them with extremely limited resources.
